NOT SO NERVOUS

I don't know many people who don't envisage a visit to the dentist without some trepidation.  Smiles' dentist, Peter James and his staff are more than aware of this and offer a very relaxed, intimate and friendly atmosphere.  I've never been less nervous at any dentist's before and highly recommend Smiles, Headcorn as offering not only excellent dental treatment but an atmosphere that makes it a whole lot less daunting!

ATMOSPHERE

I, like many other people, do not exactly look forward to going to the dentist but I must admit that Smiles is such a friendly surgery that I do look forward to seeing the receptionist,

Mr James and his lovely nurse, Andrea.  They are all so welcoming that it makes me feel reassured and almost home from home.  Oh!  and they have a great collection of up-to-date magazines I enjoy browsing through!

BOTOX

I was a little nervous about having Botox but, on the advice of a friend who goes to Peter James for Botox and dermafiller treatment, I decided to give it a try.  My first consultation with Mr James was very reassuring.  He gave me all the information I needed and an appointment was arranged.  I was very pleasantly surprised that the treatment was almost pain-free and the results were fantastic.  I now regularly attend Peter James' surgery, not just for Botox but for my dental requirements.  Thank you Peter James!  MN (Sutton Valence) 

A NERVOUS PATIENT

I'm a very nervous patient but Peter James is very understanding of my nervousness and very patient and reassuring, putting me at ease.  I've had quite a lot of work done to my teeth but am very happy with the results and so is everybody else! RECONSTRUCTIVE DENTISTRY

I walked into a patio door and smashed half of both of my front teeth out, I've always had a fear of dentists but of course couldn't avoid going in this instance! Smiles was recommended to me and Peter James got me in immediately to fix the problem. I felt completely at ease in his care and you would never be able to tell anything had happened at all. Just want to thank the Dentist and all the NurseS and reception staff for making my time at the Dentist very relaxed, such lovely people, helping my husband, and at long last I can eat with my new teeth, they are lovely.

UP-TO-DATE MAGAZINES AND GREAT SERVICE!

Peter James has been my dentist for many years and I cannot speak too highly of the treatment that he's given me.  In addition, he always has a spendid supply of golf magazine in his waiting room.  JR (Eastbourne)

TOOTH EXTRACTION FOR A NERVOUS PATIENT

I have always dreaded going to the dentist since being rather traumatised by one when I was a child so I was very nervous on my first visit to Smiles, despite having been told by a friend that it was a great practice. 

Peter James put me at ease straight away and was very reassuring.  As it happened, I needed a tooth out, which was a bit daunting.  He took it out in no time; it felt as if a couple of taps was all that was needed and I was free!  I have called him "Feather Fingers" ever since!  AJ (High Halden)

TOOTH  WHITENING

After having some correction work done to my teeth by Dr James I was so happy with the end result that I decided to go back to Smiles to have my teeth whitened for my wedding. I was so impressed with how natural they looked! Dr James explained the whole process in detail and took the time to show me exactly what I needed to do with the whitening kit when it arrived. I was so pleased with the results and found the care that was taken by all of the staff throughout my treatment to be exceptional. FANTASTIC COLOUR MATCH ON BROKEN TOOTH

I had a broken tooth, which had been fixed by a previous dentist but fell off.  I went to see Peter James after hearing that his cosmetic work was so good.  I wasn't disappointed.  You'd never guess it was ever broken and the colour match is second to none and much better than it was originally.  Great dentist, nice atmosphere and I can finally stop feeling quite so nervous when I need any work done.  Thanks, Smiles!  MC (Gravesend)
